The Panton Color Institute released their Spring Fashion Color Report featuring the top 10 colors of the up coming season. The global authority on color surveys designers of New York Fashion Week and beyond to bring you their projection of what's to come for every following season -the report also includes a selection of designer sketches to project how the colors could be warn. They're a beautiful balance of warm and cool, which make them all very wearable with transitional fall clothing.
