As designers continue to push the frontier of fashion, soaring heel heights strut from one season in to the next. But one designer has put an end to the skyrocketing heel, creating a feat of fashion physics by eliminating the heel entirely.
A design both beautiful and brilliant, the heel-less wedge is the vision of true creator Giuseppe Zanotti. While his masterpieces seem like an unusable ruse, appearing to make the foot completely off-balance, they are actually surprisingly comfortable. It is a trompe l’oeil effect; there is no difference in feel between a regular wedge and this heel-less version.
Celebrities like Lady Gaga, Nicole Scherzinger, and Kelly Rowland have already taken a tour in these terrific little tricksters.
We are obsessed with these shoes but do we dare to wear?
